In my opinion, judging from photos; Id say Au-58 or if its just a weak strike possibly MS-63; I cant tell if its wear or weak strike on the hair above the ear etc. Beautiful coin, thanks for sharing. Again just my opinion on the weak strike or wear....

algo ty for your comments. I bought it as AU-58 around 10 years ago. I belive it was around $100.00

I would think the rim bump at 9:30 would keep it out of Ms

AU58 details but some sort of environment damage to the surfaces.

IMHO - MS-60. This year is a hard to find in MS state in general. I think this is just a weak strike which would hold it done much higher. Also not sure about the luster, may just be the pic. At $100, definitely a good investment

daviscfad: no matter how many scratches, dings, ect. its still a mint state coin if there is no wear, and I believe this is a mint state coin, I see no wear on the coin.
I think its an MS-63 with a good shot at 64.
