Sorry for Edit but my eye caught interest then, Isaw that brown color, (I added another photo of the rev) but I also read on the net somewhere that there were some coins that may of had some of the copper in it from the orginal 1943 coppers?

Anyway just dreaming and it probably does not, btu then agai looking at the coin, steel does not rust right?

I will keep dreaming but if somone has an answer to this, that would be great.

I don't know, but this what drives me to coin collecting, even though it is a far fetched reality :)

Thanks coinGuru, I wish it was the copper, it just caught my attention because there seems to be some copper trace but it could be wear and tear or cleaned before. But just wondering if it is possibly that the first of the "planche thing" still had a little copper in it to put that copper color in it on certain spots. I know I am pretty much all wrong and hoping too much, but what if they did exist?

Here is another photo, this was under the flash and you can see more of the copper look, also on the front from the first photos (probably is wear or some chemical.) And like I said I am probably barking up the wrong tree for this but... if it was possible to have copper left after doing the steel in 1943, that could be neat, even if it is just a trace.

PS don't mind me all, just trying to find a diamondin the rough or at least keeping my hopes up :)

No, there wouldn't be any "part-way" planchets. The red you see is rust, which is normal for steel cents.

Yes Steel Rusts. Rusting is combining with Oxygen and almost all metals do that. Actually it's the Iron in Steel that does the fast Rusting. As the Zinc coating wears off exposing the Steel below, the Rusting starts. One of the realy bad things about those 1943 Cents.
