This medal celebrates the 100 Year anniversary of the Dutch Independence since 1813, minted in 1913:

Louis Bonaparte First king of the Netherlands was French. Napoleon installed his brother Louis Bonaparte as king over what was then called the Kingdom of Holland, a puppet state, 1806-1810.

House of Orange-Nassau Given the modern day Netherlands and also Belgium to rule as the United Kingdom of the Netherlands. In addition, the King of the Netherlands became hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg.
William Frederick House of Orange restored under William Frederick, the 6th Stathouder, 1 December 1813.
