wow, look at the price...In My Opinion this is a FAKE.

IMO, I blame the auctioner and the bidder on this one.

Before 2002, that size could get out.

But this coin, look at the reverse, that's the first clue.

On many fake errors, if you look at the reverse, there will be a "smashed" look as opposed to a "strong strike" that is present on many mint errors.

IMO, It just doesn't look real. The seller may not know this is not a real error, imo.

That ^^ also confused me, unless he is trying to "hide" something. Only time I do "private auctions" is to protect the winnerss ID, but that I only do on veerrry expensive item(s). And by that, I mean expensive, I mean about 5G's & up usually--couple hundred? ain't shXt--

I undetsand what you are saying, because every other time the coin is struck (making the coin capped on the Obverse or reverse die in worse shape) it has another coin under or over it and not coming in contact with the other die so most do not have any details of but one die (the one it is capped on) but I am not sure I would automatically say this one is a fake
