Good evening.
Found the (attached photo) 3 coins in a shop in the Middle East.
The owner wants around 100USD each for them.
As my main interest is Thai/Lao/Indo Chinese (and I am no expert there either) I have no idea if they are even genuine.
Would appreciate any comments.

Thanks,
Ian.

I'd be suspicious of their authenticity.

The large brass-bronze on the right looks wrong, from the patina - it looks very thin and artificial. Brass patina should be black, not green.

The one on the left is in the name of King Menander of Bactria. This one's perhaps the most convincing of the three, though again the patina doesn't look convincing, more like a spray-on black goo than genuinely ancient.

The one in the middle is also Bactrian, or Indo-Scythian. Coins of these Eastern Greek kingdoms often have Greek on one side and native Karoshthi script on the other. But this one looks to nice, round and flawless - as if machine-struck.

Finally, consider the source. "A shop in the Middle East" is a bit vague, but in most Middle Eastern countries, selling ancient coins to tourists is illegal. Selling replica ancient coins to tourists, however, is perfectly legal.

I suspect the middle one is also of king Menander. Compare with this type on Wildwinds.

I thought the title sounded like the start of a joke.

A Greek, a Roman and an Unknown... walk in to a pub.
The Greek says to the Roman, who are you?
The Roman says "I am King Menader of Bactria."
The Greek says, "No, I am King Menader of Bactria. You must be a fake!"
The one on the right says, "Come on guys, we're all fakes. Let's have a beer, this spray on patina is making my throat dry."
