It's just a filler piece. Looks like it might be a small "A" variety, but hard to tell. That would make it a N.3, N.6, or N.8. All rarity 3 or higher. So what you have is a scudzy filler of a "possible" rare 1825 LC.

AG details, cleaned, corroded. Might qualify for G details on the obverse, but in any case, as Kopper Ken said, it is a filler.
