does any one know what this is it looks like the obeverse of something attached on it lol found it kinda of cool and tossed it in my fish tank lol any thoughts?

Looks like someone glued a fragment of a nickel reverse on to it.

Glue on the coin, press nickel into glue, glue sets, remove nickel. As the cent tones dark the glue protects the coin and keeps that area bright.

I agree, the letters being backwards indicates its glue and had another coin make the impression in the glue

Take it out of the fish tank. No need to risk contamination. Fish can be sensitive to copper. No to mention th whole glue toxins thing.
