Picture isn't the best but it looks like it might be a Retained Cud (This is based on the traces of the rim/dentical details still being present.)

If you are selling it to someone who wants a non-error coin it subtracts from the value. If you are selling it to an error collector then it adds to the value. But it probably wouldn't add much because cracks, Cuds and other errors on nickel Three Cent pieces are common.
