again, it looks like a savings bond of some sort. obviously used. but still cool!

need to know if its worth anything as is?

I got a friend who sells stocks and bonds, and from what I have experienced is that they make great conversation pieces when framed. Value, don't plan on becoming rich. They are interesting pieces of an era gone by especially that there is probability that the area is now under concrete.

it is a gold mind bond. all the coupons attached to it was the interest payments made. they are all marked canceled because they was paid out and bond was paid in full. a bond is actually a loan.

Don't really know anything about bond certificates but that is a cool item!
