Both coins are 1970S Large Date.

Here are 2 pics of my 1970S Small Date that I found in circ awhile ago.

Besides the great pics/info from coop , what I find to be extremely helpful in determining if it's a large or small date, is to turn the coin sideways.

See my pic # 2.
More that likely this will clearly show if the bottom of the 7 is even (Small Date) or extends below the 0 in the date (Large Date).
