Hi,
I was looking through my coins and found this penny. The right side has the lettering from the reverse side stamped into it? Also has extra plating. Is this an error? Any Idea of value if any?
thanks

I do not believe this is an error at all, I think you will find that the right side of the coin is coated in a thin layer of clear glue. The reverse detail is backwards- that tells me it came from another coin, not a die. The left side of the coin is an oxidized brown while the right side is nice bright copper red, glue would preserve that original color.
