This item is neither ancient, nor a coin. It's a late mediaeval brass jeton, or counting-token, circa 1400-1500 judging by the style of lettering. The inscriptions are meaningless babble - VIVIVIVIVIV on one side, and SHSHSHSHSHS on the other - though the overall design is imitative of mediaeval European coins.
