Pulled this from the album. Noticed the strike was weak on states and felt rim higher on one end. Is this normal?

It may just be a really weak strike, but it looks like traces of wear to me on the high points. I'd call it AU-55 or so.

This coin looks like its been dipped more than one occasion, lack of luster or just the way the pictures is taken.

Its normal for this year with poor strike as many were minted.

I would grade this as AU-53 at most.
