I will be staying in Plovdiv until August 29th.
Is there anywhere an interesting place or shop to buy coins?
Thanks for your input.

Hey I can recommend you antique shops in Old Town of Plovdiv - a nice coin at good prices, and the shoppers didn't understand from Numismatics. And you can ask some guys from 20 to 35 years becouse the most of them need to know english.Have fun in Bulgaria and carefully with the cops if you have a metal detector with you ;)

Hi t0rress,
Thanks a lot for your advice!
I will check for those shops.
Do not worry for the language; my wife is Bulgarian and is a perfect translator.

I'm back from shopping.
Thanks for the hint.
Although I did not find any addition to my French collection, I got a few interesting coins, including a 1900S dime which I will post for grading when I'm back home.
Most shop keepers were very kind and it was fun negotiating for a better price.
All of them were talking about the high silver price ;-)
