I think with just a few trading hours left, real good chance gold goes into the weekend just over 1800, and silver should hold just over 41 an oz.....

I think gold trades at The Chicago Board of Exchange so we should have a market on Monday.

Doesn't the Asian markets stay open on Monday? If so prices will likely still change with dealers

Quote: That is if the markets actually open on Monday They've been saying on TV today that hey have backups for the backups, and it would take a true city-wide disaster for NY not to open on Mon. Plus, I'm starting to see hints that Irene MIGHT not be quite as catastrophic as they thought, when it does arrive. More dry air circulating than they first calculated; that's good, I guess!

Besides... all a hurricane is, is a lot of warm air chasing itself. Heh, kind of sounds like business as usual in DC! :-/
