It's been a long time since I sold anything on ebay. So I would like to know when I print out a PayPal shipping label, can you control the size so it fits on a #000 bubble mailer?

Postage printed on PayPal is less than a half sheet of paper, best thing is to buy a bubble mailer that you can wrap this around, it does not have to be on just one side of the bubble mailer. It's much easier to buy a larger mailer than control the size of the printer postage, hope I've helped you, Ed

To go a little further paypal printed postage is 4" x 6-1/2" and the #000 is 4" x 8" so you should have plenty of room for a readable printed postage, Ed

I should really learn about this. When I sell on ebay I don't use paypal postage labels. I just take it to USPS and pay the shipping. I assume paypal is cheaper and easier?

Yes, murrellington, using PayPal shipping is quick and easy and saves you money. I think the rates are slightly cheaper, especially when you consider you get free delivery confirmation... plus, the shipment is internally tracked by ebay and automatic messages are sent on your behalf. Plus you don't have to stand in those long lines at the post office!

Don't you still have to stand in line to drop the package off?

Any First Class Mail under 13 ounces can be dropped in a USPS blue mail box, no need to wait in line at the post office since your postage is already on the shipping label.

Not sure what first class mail is but I'm assuming a small bubble mailer counts. I'm going to try this paypal shipping label stuff with the next item I sell. No more post office, yay. I can just drop it in any blue mailbox on the way to work!
