I have a quarter from the Bank of the Philippines, dated 1964. Does anyone have an idea if it's worth anything & if so, what range would you say? Thank you!

or even less because these coins were made mostly of zinc alloys. If my memory serves me right, 1945 was the last year that Philippines have silver coins produced for circulation because the value of silver during those times already soared way-way up.
