I would like to know why the 2010 50c coins are goin for $8 plus on ebay? I searched through 200 50c and found 15.

Also should I be collecting 1969-1974, 1985,1993,1997 50c coins?

$8 for a 2010 COA 50 cent is crazy.
I always keep the low mintage 50 cent that I find. It costs me nothing and I can always spend them if they don't go up in value. Same with the 2001 Centenary 50 cent. The are handy for swaps.

Well one sold for $4 buy it now and the other one got $13 uncirculated bidding. So ill keep them cased, you never know.
