Left picture is the "good" version... however notice the date! (die error?!) Right picture is the die rotation version, by the way it also has some die strangeness at the date:

Ah yes--Belgium are Mint Masters! At least their mistakes are interesting!
I have a lot of great overdates on their coins from 1920 and older.
I don't often check for rotated dies--I'll look at my older coins.
