I can see the eagle - just, but I can.
Its typical of many of the Roman coins produced at Alexandria. I dont think anyone on here is going to be able to ID from that pic though. Dont get me wrong you prob took as good a pic as any of us could but there is such little deteal to go on. Believe it or not though, I've seen worse coins ID'd.
You may have better luck with the coin 'in hand', its possilbe you could get a steer in the write direction from this link:

A lot of coins here but sometimes plodding through is the only way to do it. At the minute all I can say is it is probably Roman, probably from Alexandria and probably 2-3 century.
