WOW nice coin. 66/70 maybe, since it doesn't appear to have any marks or anything, I take it the scratches are on the case.
Is that a die crack running through E in America?

MS65. Two small problems,

One just above the Second 8, and the others (might be holder) at the tip of the neck.

I think this is at least MS-65 and I would not be surprised if it is a 66.

I see a few small dings that look to be on the coin not the case. obverse 8 oclock and reverse 9 oclock. the scratches all seem to be on case.

With that said looks ms 63 or 64 to me.

I would say 64 pushing 65.
