Truth is, I don't know if I will sell them or not. But I wanted to know what did I have in hand.
On the other hand, I'm starting a collection of my own quite passionately, but not of roman coins. I'm trying to find the ones that are not in occidental characters in different catalogs to know what country are they from.
I'm discovering a whole new world with numismatic. And I love it.
But as far as roman coins goes, I'm not sure I'll go on that track or not. For what I was told (and slowly finding out on my own too), is a big big topic, with lots of variations, lots of (may be) forgery, etc. And I'm not sure if is in my best interest to invest in collecting something that I have so little of.
I have a bigger collection of more "modern" coins, not too big (around 300), but easier to complete and expand.
I haven't made a decision anyway. I'm just beginning with all of these and learning lots of things every day. That's why I get a little lost and overwhelmed sometimes too. I get so anxious and excited that I spend hours and hours reading and finding out were to find places to trade or buy.
So... That's my story until now.
I'll keep you posted on how it develops :).
And once more, I'm really thankful finding people who helps me and teaches me. It is not that easy to find and I appreciate it.
Talk to you soon,
Nadia
