Can someone explain what is the cause for this to happen, I have several of these kind of coin"errors" But this one is probably the most extreme! Is it because the die has worn out? Or is it something else, and does in affect the grading or value in anyway?
That's a very nice example of flow lines being worn in the die. It's really easy to see how the lines follow the flow of metal from the middle outward.
