There are some hairlines in the fields and it would not suprise me that it has been cleaned based the seller. GSC is known for having pictures that look much better than the coin itself and typically does not mention any problems a coin might have. They could also just be incidental hairlines from circulation but I would not make that bet with that seller.
it does look cleaned to me based on the way the "open" parts of the coin are really clean compared to the parts say between the letering. judge for yourself look between the eagle legs compared to underneth 'BUS' in the word E PLURIBUS.
