Its a fairly big raised curved line starting at the tip of George's mouth.

Never heard of any big errors on washington 1964s though so it may just be PMD

i never knew where classic ended and modern started :D. I always figured if its 90% silver its old so its classic lol.

I guess I agree with that,if it's 90% silver it's a classic,if it's clad it's modern.

Looks like PMD to me.

I am speculating that the metal that appears to be missing just to the right got pushed to form the ridge from the coin being gouged. Compare it to the two gouges just in front of George's mouth.
