Not sure if this is the best place to ask this but...

I'm looking for some sort of checklist (book, website, etc.) that lists the various tokens (for lack of better term) illustrating the Chinese lunar animals.

Here's a couple ebay examples:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-2012-Ch..._1959wt_1124
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nice-2012-C..._1014wt_1140

I picked up a few because I like them but I don't know how many different tokens exist for each year. Is there a list either from the mint they come from or privately created?

I don't understand the writing on them so that makes it difficult to find out more.

Thanks.

The lunar coins and tokens have been produced by a lot of different mints over many years, some released by a government and some made by private mints.

I know the Australian Perth Mint has produced a nice series, the Pobjoy mint has done one, Canada is doing an overpriced one right now, Somalia did a more affordable circulating one, Fiji, Singapore, Macau and China does them by the thousands. I know there are more.

I do not know of a composite list of available lunar coins. Be careful with the Chinese tokens though. Many of them are plain white metal with either a silver coating or no silver at all.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure these are just plain white metal, especially since they're going for like $2 on ebay. I just like the artwork on them.
