In this condition they sell for around $50 in a retail situation in Europe. Auction prices are lower, especially outside of Europe. The scratch on the obverse also hurts the value. I searched on ebay, including international sellers and found a few of them from French sellers at the price range I mentioned. I would agree they are seldom seen here in the US though.
