Hey guys, I am not sure if this is a 10 cent or 20 cent silver china coin from the early 1900s but I know you can help me :) Thanks in advance!

Its a Twenty Cents piece from the reverse inscription "every 5 piece equal to a dollar".

The obverse said year 10, someone else can chime in with more experience. I will check my world catalog and see if there's more info available.

The Krause Catalog listed with the last entry Year 9 (1920) Y#327 20 CENTS (2 Chiao). And with .7000 Silver .1215 oz. ASW.

I believe that your coin is most likely a fake.

It is a fake.

No "20 cents" pieces were struck in 1921 (year 10).
