While I was there I asked if they had any $1 coins for around melt. 30 of them are VF+, 5 are VG. He sold them to me for $20 ea . I was ahead before I walked out the door. I have about 50 of them now, all common date coins but all F-VF or better condition. I pretty much just bought them for their silver content but I also appreciate their history.
