It's a safe bet to assume this has been cleaned at some time, although some lustre is still evident around the lettering, particularly on the reverse.

I love it, but would be interested in knowing the grade.

Hi Bob! I would grade it as a VF 35 because of the amount of wear on the leaves of the wreath.

Thanks for that. Strangely, until I scanned this piece I'd not realised how much wear there was to the leaves.

I really want to give this one an EF grade...but, yeah, VF 35 may be safer to say.
