I'm fairly sure this is PMD I was thinking an acid wash or something? anyone have an opinion. all the letters look like this front & Back and the head/memorial have extra edge. thanks in advance for the lessons

greased die maybe? Most likely PMD though but hard to ell w/o seeing rest of coin. It's still neat though.

I've been trying to get better pics of the whole thing, its hard to photograph I will try again tomorrow

Do you have a document scanner/printer? ... try scanning this coin (at a higher resolution like 2400 dots per inch) for a sharper image.

Looks like someone hit it with a hammer a few times.

sadly my scanner is old school and only goes to 600 dpi it does not look damaged like it was struck with a hammer there are no scrapes or obvious impact marks on the penny. I'll keep trying with the camera
