It wouldn't do you much good now...I pre ordered months ago..they started with 20...but as the coins sold..the price went up...now the few he has left on the site are over $600...

Ok thanks anyway  Would have been a nice addition to my stuff  Next time I hope I find out about the cute stuff sooner, my wife would never stop me from buying a coin that adorable Aww ;-)

Yes...I hear you falcon..only richer people than me will buy it now...I see there selling on ebay for $550...it pays to be a koin hunter sometimes...

@ztt2: Nice coin! A collector could certainly build a nice collection of wildlife coins without ever having to venture away from RCM coins!

For sure, and it bodes well for me too since wildlife is one of my favourite themes for coins ;)
Wish the rest of the series was as cheap though. I'm very impressed with the presentation.

I just won an auction for a mongolian hedgehog got it for $560USD with shipping not a bad price I think. Can't wait to see it in hand.

Mine is the 1970 VIP Specimen set. I have several, with the original boxes, and I also have the Pittman 1970 specimen set, which the 1c and 5c have incredible cameo finishes. I also like my 1954 NSF prooflike set.
