I keep my proof-sets in tack.
I have about 100$FV in opened PL coins I've purchased over the years. So any time I can grab sets, in tack I buy them up. Closing in on 100 sealed silver sets

Rastatodd,

Its a funny story my bullion dealer about 4 years ago called my business wanting a air conditioner (I own a successful residential appliance service and sales business). I came on the weekend to do the job for him, and traded off part of the work for some coins and bullion. We got to talking and it turned out he owns a large apartment building in town. I am also a landlord of a few houses in the same neighborhood. I made a few suggestions to him and we eventually went halfs on 7 coin op washers and 7 coin op dryers for his building, to this day we still spilt the money 50/50 every month. We are also great friends. Basically I get first shot on many items, I also service all the appliances for his tenants in which I trade my labour off for bullion. So it is a win win

All the quarters are searched. About $2500 a month Between all 14 machines, usually pull a few dollars in silver coinage a month.

I keep my proof-sets in tack.

Never keep coins in tack. The leather can break down into ugly green cuck. Don't keep them in tacks, either...they tend to rust.

Just keep them intact.
