I believe that they [ APMEX] also were responsible for the 1998 Titanic privy.

I think Dillon Gage was responsible for the 1998 Titanic privy SMLs vs. APMEX.

You could be right. At least that's what wikipedia says.

Dillon Gage.is listed in the Charlton Catalogue as the source/sponsor of the issue. Hopefully they got it right!

Yes. Colonial sells them on $49.95 each. The price is much better than I find on ebay.

Recently got one of these - here a quick pic.

We have been talking about the 2012 Silver Canadian Maple Leaf Titanic & Dragon Privy from APMEX,
https://goccf.com/t/115048&whichpage=4
APMEX seems to be cherry-picking coins to send to PCGS.
ALL their 2012 Silver Canadian Maple Leaf Titanic & Dragon Privy are SP69 PCGS from APMEX.
APMEX prices for unopened rolls/boxes are higher $$ than opened ones.

APMEX cherry-picking 2012 SML coins to send to PCGS...
These numbers are eye POPing!
The PCGS POP for the new APMEX 2012 PCGS SP69 TITANIC & Dragon privy
http://www.pcgs.com/pop/detail.aspx...441&p=SP&t=3
511640 2012 $5 ML Titanic SP69 = 2,088
511641 2012 $5 ML Dragon SP69 = 1,787
Both APMEX 2012 SML are ALL SP69, No SP70 & No SP68 or Less

PCGS POP 1998 $5 Titanic, No SP70
SP66=8
SP67=4
SP68=82
SP69=3

if anyone needs a 1998 SML with Titanic Privy in NGC slab to pair-up with 2012 SML with Commemorative Titanic Privy,
I have two for sale here on CCF... USA Sales & Shipping within USA only.
APMEX wants $85 just for a raw 1998 SML with Titanic Privy and you have no idea of condition of SML that will come from APMEX.
http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...ategoryID=82
These same two are also listed on ebay, so which ever sells first then it will gone...just one of each MS67 & MS68 to sell.
