7 more hours as right now it's only 5:10pm in Hawaii and unless we have any users living on Midway island that should do it.

There is one guess that is kind of close and not over.

I don't think I've given anymore information since the contest started - other than to say nobody has gotten my high bid placed correctly yet!

Hawaii time ?
that's June 1st @ 6am for me in east time zone.
Lets do Mars time...their year is 26 months which = 2.166 Hawaii months = 67 days/month,
so we got until July 7th + 6 hours Mars time converted to Hawaii time.

Just trying to be fair to anyone out there still wanting to get in on it, my OP said as long as your guess is in and the time date stamp says 5-31 your good to go.

I think we have a winner - to be announced shortly!

I am going to guess that nobody went over the Max Bid Amount and whoever has the highest guess will be the winner. Something tells me westcoin was going to walk away with that coin no matter what the cost.
Rest in Peace

Okay time to end the contest we have a winner!

Congratulations to ARGENTUM:
he was closet to my high bid without going over.

I'll take a swag with $1987

My high bid was $2112.67

The one I mentioned that is currently for sale is a really nice one from Stack's Galleries;

http://prior.stacks.com/eshop/store...34&seq=1&kw=

I am lucky to have won this piece, the error doesn't even show up for the most part, I need a 7x loupe and just the right angle to see the profile of the Indian head on the reverse, no wonder it's so hard to find, I imagine it can only be seen on uncirculated coins in higher grade.

Argentum - PM me with your mailing address for your prize and I will send it off right away. Thanks to everyone for playing along I had fun, this was the first contest I've ever run here.

Can't say it happens very often once or twice a decade, LOL! I feel lucky with this purchase, I'd really love the Stack's coin for sale, but I think it's overpriced quite a few hundred too much.

MS64RB would be nice however, I find most of the RB coins turn into full brown coins within a decade, at least mine have since moving away from the high and dry climate of Denver. Dallas and San Diego are too humid, even with all the desicant I store them with. I've had a couple of RB IHC and 2¢ pieces go full brown on me the last few years, in TPG holders too.
