Ruling => ummmm, would it be bad-form to swoop-in and buy the coin that Dionysos is recommending?

I am no expert but I also collect ancient coins of Anatolia. The coin weight and size appear correct, it is a very nice example and with a price that reflects that. cAc is a very popular dealer, I have never bought from them but I do look at their auctions. They all tend to be out of my price range, at least for what I want. Again I see nothing wrong with the coin at all. It is a XF piece!

Great, thanks all for the feedback!! I put in an offer with the ebay dealer... We'll see what he says.. I actually bought an diobol from first numismatics with a similar bee. Far smaller, of course. So I'll see what kind of counter-offer I'm given and then I'll decide which one to go with. I think it's one of the finest designs to grace a coin. I have it tattooed on my calf!! Again, thanks all!! I put an offer in on the ebay piece... If he takes it I'll buy that one, but if he doesn't I'll buy it I'll order from first numismatics. I saw that you're interested in the first, so hopefully my offer will be taken on the ebay one! That way everyone's happy, hah. I'll let ya know what I hear!

Certainly, brother!! You'll be the first person I notify, and thanks for waiting on this for me... That's very cool, and generous of you. Thanks again!! The dude has 48 hours to respond, but hopefully I'll hear sooner!!

I've been wanting one of these type too--but I'm hold out for a deal. I did a quick search on FORVM's fake database and found nothing matching.

Hey steve, good news, I settled on a nice deal with the fella on ebay!! Now comes the arduous task of selling off some coins to offset the cost of this new guy! Again, thank you to all for the feedback!!

I can personally testify - Chimiara Antique coins are geniune. I wouldnt think of them selling a fake, and if they did, not on purpose. Heres one I got from them in an uncleaned lot - The nicest greek I own:
