It's just so unreal how much more clearly you can see the detail via a photo. Coin looks so muck better to your naked eye then it does via this picture. I'm gonna hold off and probably buy another down the road, thanks guys.

Lots of frost and likely a MS63. Could go MS64.

The coin looks like a MS-62 in the photos but I think the luster grazes and marks probably won't look as bad in hand. I will say the coin probably will be closer to a MS-63.

if that coin was in a GSA case I'd tell you to leave it and send it to NGC or ANACs. I love the GSA cc morgans

Boy, that's a real beauty. Great strike beautiful frost and luster. Doesn't look prooflike. MS63* easily. Just curious, what do you mean by "def a slider"?

If you need PCGS-slabbed pieces I'd definitely shop for one. There are tons of these graded in lower MS grades you should look for one with exceptional eye appeal. Prices on this date are pretty flat from MS-60 to 63 and the best value would be for a really choice MS-63 example priced as an "ordinary" 63. You might then be able to sell your raw coin for what you paid for the superior slabbed piece.

1893S, I took the definition of slider from the Glossary because it was the second time today I read it referenced and had never heard it used before.

"slider
A term used to describe an AU coin that looks, or can be sold as, Uncirculated. Occasionally used as a reference to another grade; a slider EF coin, for example, would be a VF/EF coin that is nearly EF."

BLadd, I was wondering why the OP used the word slider as this coin isn't one.

Not a PL IMHO. I'd like to see a bigger photo of the obverse before I throw a grade out there. Reverse is very nice though.
