The 1909-s that raymo mentioned looks suspicious too. The second feather tip is almost pointing to 11 o'clock. That one's over $330 at the moment. Hopefully its real, I think I would stop collecting if I was duped into spending that much on a fake.

He pulled the 1860 but just couldn't bring himself to pull the 1909-S listing.

Speaking of fakes, I bought a fake 1876 that came with the two coins below. I requested a refund for the coins except a dollar for the two culls below. Do these coins look okay. Just asking since they came with a fake but do not see the motivation for counterfeiting these.

The other two look genuine, just culls.

He sent me a note after I had talked to him about them being fake.... " I took them to a coin dealer in town and after an hour he told me they are all excellent coins. Some of them are common but a few are rare and in great shape given there age. I removed the listings because I intend to keep a solid reputation on ebay and do not want my account suspended by other members. I am calling ebay tomorrow to make sure this doesn't happen again. I have found a company in Minnesota who will evaluate and purchase the coins. Although I will make less money since they will resell them it is better then nothing. Thank you for your insight into coin selling on ebay. "

There has been no attempt to deceive with the gold layered 1 oz. coin It is clearly marked with 'L' within a circle.
The other indians of various sorts all look OK to me, but I will leave it up to others to pass judgement on the head dresses.
