Not really sure. To many Albums. To many repedative sets. For example almost finishing set #12 of Mercury dimes. Well over 100 Albums. Getting to hard to keep track of.

Im going by price. I collect any proof sets I can get at 50% lower than the book I use, and silver proofs at spot + $1 max. Either case I always look for less than the original mint issue price. I got most years so far but am still looking for silver commemoratives.

Modern Russian coinage...

1 kopek 1997-2009: 13/13 date (complete), ~20[1]/26 date+mint
5 kopek 1997-2009: 12/12[2] date (complete), ~22[1]/24 date+mint
10 kopek 1997-present: 18/18 date, 33/33 date+mint (both complete)
50 kopek 1997-present: 16/16[4] date (complete), ~29/29 date+mint (probably complete, but I didn't check)
1 ruble 1997-present: 13/13 date, 23/23 date+mint (both complete)
2 ruble 1997-present: 12/12 date, 21/21[5] date+mint (both complete)
5 ruble 1997-present: 8/9 date, 14/15 date+mint (both complete up to 2012 - hadn't seen the 2013 coin yet)
10 ruble (non-commem) 2009-present: 5/5 date, 6/6 date+mint (both complete)
cumulative modern regular-issue Russian coinage: 97/98[6] date (only missing 2013 5 ruble); ~168/177[6] date+mint (missing a lot of early 2000s SP mint 1, 5, and possibly 50 kopek... and of course the 2013 5 ruble)

[1] I'll have to recheck - didn't do much of a count
[2] I'll have to recheck - I never seem to remember which combinations don't exist
for 10 and 50 kopek, 1, 2, and 5 ruble, "date" includes metal variety
[4] for 50 kopek, 1, 2, and 5 ruble, there are also dates with extremely small mintages and/or set-only; I prefer to ignore them
[5] that includes the 1999-M, which is rare enough that it would've been a key if not for the issues in [4]; so far I only ever found one of these in circulation
[6] if I didn't miscount

Anything else...

US State Quarters (Delaware to Hawaii): probably complete ignoring mints, ~60/100 with mints
US wheat cents: ~30/whatever (I suspect I'm unlikely to get a complete set even by date, because 1922 is a semi-key and 1931-33 aren't much better)
US memorial cents: never got around to actually figuring out what I have, but a set of these is in my distant plans
"Russia" one-kopek denomination "type set", 1728-"present": 19/21, I think (if I didn't miscount, and ignoring anything I consider a pattern; the remaining two types - cloud and ring - are pretty darn rare and expensive, so I might not get them for quite a while)
"Russia" one-kopek denomination "type set", 1535-"present": 27/36 (again, if I didn't miscount; in addition to the above, I'm missing False Dmitry, Vasily, Vladislav, Michael, Alexey, Feodor III, and Ivan V, plus a few even rarer "types" I didn't count - of these only Michael, Vasily, and possibly Alexey might be anywhere near very common... already had a Michael piece but lost it, so tiny)
probably a few other "sets" I didn't remember

Read my signature! Other than that I am not attempting to build other sets at this time although I do have lots of other types of coins.

Almost forgot, State Quarters! That is how I got into collecting in the first place. That was a long time ago...

Don't know the numbers, but...
Working on a complete small cent set (1857-present) as much as I want that 1856 FE, let's be realistic)
working on circulation Jeffersons, 1938-Present. Not done yet, although that one really shouldnt be hard.
I do have 10/30 (I think there's 30) Liberty V nickels, but am not actively pursuing a set of those.
Complete State Quarters + territories, P and D mints.
Up-to-date ATB Quarters, P, D, and Unc. S mints.
Native American dollars (2009-present) but just one of each. Haven't bothered to get the mintmarks.
Up-to-date Pres. Dollars, one of each design. Haven't bothered with mints.

Hoping to start 1965-present dimes, 1965-1998 quarters, Canadian small cents, and US dollars (IKES and SBA'S) soon.

Oh! I forgot my best set!
Also actively working on a 7070!
Nowhere CLOSE to getting that thing done, but it's a ton of fun.

Circulating coins as of 8:05am Central Illinois Time on February 11th, 1861. Working from the 1/2 cent up, I've reached the Half Dime.

Although I've gotten sidetracked into Trimes (3 cent silvers).

I have several German Series/Type Sets. I'll link my first set I've actually finished. It's complete, but it doesn't show all my coins online because some are raw.

I've seen sets like those around. good if you want an "instant" collection of modern coins, but I really enjoyed sifting through 20,000+ coins, and countless hours on ebay to get mine!

if you want a similar "new" set try educationalcoin.com

I have a type set of major varieties of Canadian Silver dollars 35-67 in PCGS ms63-65 holders. No minor varieties like the 47s or WL NWL coins. Thought some might consider those to be major varieties.

The only "set" I have is a collection of decimal 1 penny coins going back to 1971. It was very easy to put together, the only one I'm missing is 1972 which was issued in proof only.
