four digit repeaters are legit.. they're on the low end of repeaters but acknowledged by the Charlton guide... the don't derive that much of a premium.. so it all depends on how much you appreciate 'em

^^^ I believe that would be considered a 4 digit repeater which isn't recognized as a true repeater by many because there are only 7 total digits. Three digits is the most that can fully repeat.
I found an old 20 today with a birthdate serial number 9061942.
