I think the reason ssuperddave has not replied yet is because his key board was ruined by drool. great coin!

No, I've been on the clock.

Not to be a downer, but the images are insufficient to accurately grade a coin in this range. I certainly don't see a whole lot wrong with it - undoubtedly Gem - but beyond that I'm not hazarding a guess without pro-level images and I wish you guys wouldn't either. There isn't enough information here to tell with any accuracy, especially with the slab in the way too. Above MS65 you need serious imaging for accurate grading.

It looks at least MS-66.

The coin as noted above is stunning with eye appeal. The grade on the coins is MS 66 PL. When I look at the coin in hand, I wonder why it was not graded higher.

I was very impressed with the grading done by the group.

Dave 700,

The holder is an older PCGS solid blue label. I was able to track the coin back to a 2005 PCGS Registry Set ranked #3 with the same cert number, so the holder is at least 10 years old.

Better images would be nice, but with the ones provided I will say MS-65 PL. It does have a good shot at a 66 PL but I don't like assigning high grades without good pics.

The collection is noted on the label of the coin. It appears that the DCT collection was retired in 2006 as I could not find anything active for DCT in 2015. Below is a photo of the coin.
