Some of you may have seen this before - so my apologies. My contribution to this post is not a valuable or collectible dollar. When I was a child in the 1950's and living in a remote area there was nothing to do. My mom had a cedar chest with lots of interesting stuff and she let me look at the contents. So, there was this 1921D Morgan that I held in my hand for hours and hours - probably reducing its grade. It had some notches in the rim and I think it may have been a piece of inexpensive jewelry at one time. I have lots of very valuable coins in my collection but this is my prized possession.
