With better photos I'd bet this one is VF-20 or 25, but no way is it EF.

I don't know what you paid for it, hopefully it wasn't for an EF-40 . I agree VF-20 problem free. you should ONLY send it back if you really don't like it. IMO

I'm on board with VF-20 details. With NNC you can't really know unless you crack it out. It could have serious edge damage (like a jewelry mount) that NNC won't specify on the label. They are notorious for putting problem coins in their "problem-free" holders.
