I have some reservations about the surface condition of this coin. It has some cartwheel, but under magnification, it just seems somewhat faded and shallow, more than just VLDS. I might post it on the grading forum to get opinions on whether it was dipped or cleaned. I paid $30 for this coin raw, which I regard as approaching top dollar for a 1941 doubled beak quarter specimen (although I am happy to take coaching on value).
