I'd have to go with PF-65 only if that thing on the reverse is a scratch above the 'H' in HALF; please. clear this up for me.
Otherwise, it's a PF-66.
On another note I sure would be interested in seeing a close-up shot of the E PLURIBUS UNUM.
There may be some type of interesting doubling in a few of the letters there that would warrant also placing this coin in the US modern coins variety forum for further clarification...
Depending upon the nature of this aberration, additional $s could be realized upon resale.

I'm at PF67 maybe 68 range. I cant see anything that would knock this coin down more than 2 or 3 points just a couple minor blemishes. nice one!
