I was leaning toward a die break...haven't seen any quite like it though.

Yes I think so Cheifbrody, I just reread the rules (top right of page). I apologize for talking about about ebay with you, I think you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can do that.

The Russian flag doesn't have a sickle: the flag of the Soviet Union, of which Russia was a significant part, had one, though.

Anyway, to me this looks like a hefty die crack and certainly a great find!

Major die crack and just maybe a Retained Cud die break. Can't tell if there is any vertical displacement.
