Probably not a common favorite, but for some reason I love the 32-D and 32-S Washington quarters. Perhaps a result of my age (61). Have them in MS62 holders and they are really special and cool to me.

For old coins, I would probably say the 2 cent coin. I wonder what it would've been like if it were still in circulation today? lol

I also like the 3 cent piece, 20 cent piece, 3 dollar coin, Quarter Eagle, Eagle, Double Eagle, and to name a few...
