My favorite is a 1909 S-VDB Lincoln that took me 50 years to acquire. It's a nice mid-grade PCGS EF-45 and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I got into coins AFTER I started metal detecting. The first classic coin I found as a new detectorist was a 1909 Barber dime. That is what got me into coins in the first place. Tied in second place are Mercury dimes and Walking Liberty halves. I actually like Barber quarters and halves as well, but the dime was my first find and therefore I have that special liking for it.

Probably not a common favorite, but for some reason I love the 32-D and 32-S Washington quarters. Perhaps a result of my age (61). Have them in MS62 holders and they are really special and cool to me.
