MS64. The GSA issues tend to be quite baggy and seem to get somewhat of a grade pass.

BTW: I posted this under the VAM subforum and @dave700x suggested this might be a VAM-5C. I think that explains some of the lines and that might lift the coin from 63 to 64...? Or do the die cracks detract from the grade regardless...?

What is going on with the dark spots on the reverse rims at 10pm, 2am based on the photos provided?
