Nice note! I am far from being knowledgable on historical notes, but I noticed yours has no signatures on the bottom. Is that because it was unissued?

jacrispies, I know very little about currency. I liked this as for it's an obsolete note, not common, but it appears none of the notes sold over the last several years were signed?
